Useless, most of the time it doesn’t work.

Does not connect to server

This app has not been working for 2 days now!! Can not connect to server??

I have been using this app for a long time. I have paid for this app however,nothing works, and wants a repayment after I have tried clicking restore purchase. ( doesnt work) I have also deleted and reinstalled. This app just went from one I used daily for the last 4-5 months to one that looks like I will never use again. I can find a better product.

This app works fine for me. I usually just translate a few phrases at a time and have never been asked to pay. I find it very useful and user-friendly.

I am not happy with customer service . If the have one. The app worked great for a few weeks. Now I am blocked . I continue to get error messages: not connected to the Internet which I am. And a new 404 error . Paid in good faith even purchased a upgrade. I have sent several emails over a five day period To CS to get a explanation : no response.

This app is dumb because I was using it for homework and is says that I use all my words for today what am supposed to do it is so tomorrow.And whats the point of putting free if it just costs money to get more words.

This app isnt very good. The translator keep saying Could not connect to translator service. Please fix this issue when Ever I type in a word and click on ok it says Could not connect to translator service. I hope you this problem or issue thank you

I rate this minus 5 stars, every time you hit to translate, it says "unable to connect to translator" BS. Its a fraud! No matter how many times you try, it wont work. Good thing its a free app. Dont waste your time.

Dont waste your time it wont do anything

This app doesnt work, dont waste your time downloading the app. With each attempt, I received, "could not connect to translator service". I gave it 1 star because in order to submit the review, I had to choose a rating.

I concur with many other reviews of this app. A total waste! My other translator apps work fine, but Big Blue has yet to " connect with the translator ".

Ugh! This is a stupid app i tried to use it but it keeps saying Cannot connect to something! Please fix tw issue! Thanks

This App. Is worthless. Could not translate a word, could not connect to translator service.

This is sooooooooooooooooooo a waste of time. And it says could not connect to translator service. Horrrrrrrible

There should be standards on the app store to prevent crappy software like this from being available for download. I attempted to translate one word from English to Chinese and it told me that it could not connect to some translator service. A lot of good thats going to do me, anyway, if I am in a country that does not have Internet access.

IT IS THE WORST APP EVER! I tried to translate English to French and it kept saying could not find translator server? I hate this app.
