Serious issues

I am not happy with customer service . If the have one. The app worked great for a few weeks. Now I am blocked . I continue to get error messages: not connected to the Internet which I am. And a new 404 error . Paid in good faith even purchased a upgrade.
I have sent several emails over a five day period To CS to get a explanation : no response.
