Complete redesign

I have been using this app for a long time. I have paid for this app however,nothing works, and wants a repayment after I have tried clicking restore purchase. ( doesnt work) I have also deleted and reinstalled.
This app just went from one I used daily for the last 4-5 months to one that looks like I will never use again.
I can find a better product.
